Magis

Magis, the tri-annual magazine of XLRI, gives a glimpse of the modest yet conscious efforts at XLRI through curriculum changes and campus culture to shape responsible business leaders. The articles featured in the magazine highlight activities that encourage whole-person growth and foster thought leadership.

Magis is a Latin term for "more" that was adopted by St Ignatius of Loyola (Founder of the Society of Jesus) and it suggests the spirit of generous excellence to encompass one's chosen vocation. Living the Magis calls us to examine how our choices affect others and guides us to make decisions for the greater good.

At XLRI, Magis is at the core of everything we do for the last 65 years since inception and the spirit of Magis continually inspires us to search for ways to create a better world for all.
